The Lindy 70m Cat.6 4x4 HDMI 4K60 Matrix Extender is an AV transmitter and receiver system designed to distribute 4K HDMI signals from up to four separate HDMI sources to four independent displays over Cat.6 cabling. The kit includes a transmitter and receivers and supports distances up to 70 m (with appropriate Cat.6 cable) while offering local HDMI outputs on each receiver for monitoring or close-proximity displays. The unit supports resolutions up to 3840x2160@60Hz and provides EDID management, RS-232 and Ethernet control, and PoC (power over cable) to simplify installations.

How to use

Install the transmitter near the HDMI sources and connect each source to an HDMI input. Run good-quality Cat.6 (solid core recommended) or Cat.6A cables from the transmitter to each receiver location, and connect the local HDMI displays to the receiver HDMI outputs for each zone. Power the transmitter (12V); receivers can be powered via PoC when supported.
