The Lindy 70m Cat.6 2 Port HDMI 4K60 Splitter Extender provides a professional solution for distributing HDMI 4K signals to multiple displays over standard Cat.6 network cables. It includes a transmitter with two receivers and a local HDMI output, enabling simultaneous transmission to two remote displays up to 70 m away while also allowing local monitoring.

Advantages

Supports up to 3840x2160@60Hz and HDR for improved colour range, brightness and contrast. Scalable distribution allows chaining with additional Cat.6 splitters for larger installations. Built-in PoC (Power over Cable) supplies power to receivers from the transmitter so only one power source is required. Integrated IR extension lets you control the source from any receiver location.

How to use

Connect the HDMI source (Blu‑ray, media player, PC) to the transmitter HDMI input, then run Cat.6 solid core cables from the transmitter’s Cat.6 outputs to each included receiver. Connect displays to the receivers’ HDMI outputs and power the transmitter; receivers will be powered via PoC. Optionally connect a display to the transmitter’s local HDMI output for monitoring. Attach the supplied IR cables to enable remote control of the source from receiver locations. For best results use high‑quality Cat.6 solid core cable and avoid additional wall plates or patch panels.

For reliable 4K60 performance and maximum distance, use continuous Cat.6 solid core cable between transmitter and receivers and avoid inline couplers, wall plates or patch panels. Ensure the transmitter has the single power supply connected to enable PoC to receivers.
