How to use

Place the appropriate vacuum bag over the sealing strip, ensuring the open end lies flat and clean. Close the lid according to the device’s locking mechanism and select the vacuum/seal function. The machine will extract air and automatically seal the bag when the set vacuum level is reached. For marinating, place food and marinade in the bag and run one vacuum cycle; repeat if a stronger infusion is needed. After sealing, label and store the bag in the refrigerator or freezer as required.

Usage recommendations
