HDMI splitter 1x2 LogiLink HD0059 — 4K@60Hz, HDCP, HDR, CEC, downscaler
The LogiLink HDMI splitter 1x2 HD0059 duplicates a single HDMI source to two independent HDMI outputs while supporting high-resolution video up to 4K at 60 Hz. The unit is compatible with HDCP-protected content, supports HDR metadata passthrough and CEC signalling for basic remote control interoperability. An integrated downscaler allows one or both outputs to be set to lower resolutions when connected displays have different capabilities.
This HDMI splitter provides simultaneous video distribution with minimal configuration and preserves high-bandwidth signals up to 4K@60Hz. Compatibility with HDCP ensures playback of protected media, while HDR support retains extended contrast and color range when available. CEC support enables basic control across connected devices and the built-in downscaler improves compatibility with older or lower-resolution displays without manual conversion hardware.
Connect your source device (such as a Blu-ray player, streaming box or laptop) to the splitter's HDMI input using a standard HDMI cable. Use HDMI cables to connect each output to the target displays. Power the splitter if an external power adapter is provided. The device will mirror the input signal to both outputs; if connected displays support different resolutions, enable the downscaler function (per the device controls or automatic behavior) to obtain compatible output on lower-resolution screens. Check each display's input settings and the source device's output resolution if image adjustments are required.
Use high-quality HDMI cables rated for 4K@60Hz and HDR to ensure signal integrity. When connecting a mix of 4K and lower-resolution displays, enable or configure the downscaler to avoid handshake or blank-screen issues. For HDCP-protected playback, ensure both the source and at least one display support the required HDCP version; if necessary, test playback with alternate displays to verify compatibility.
