How to use

Place the Longer RAY5 mini on a stable surface and connect the supplied power adapter. Position the material within the 130 × 140 mm working area and use the 2 mm focusing block to set the correct focal distance between the laser and the workpiece. Prepare your design in a compatible graphics or CAD program and export it in a supported format (JPG, PNG, BMP, DXF). Open the file in LaserGRBL, LightBurn or the mobile app, configure power and speed settings for the chosen material, then upload the job to the device. Start the engraving and monitor the first pass to confirm settings; if necessary, adjust power, speed or focal distance and repeat until the desired result is achieved.

Usage recommendations

When engraving or cutting, use appropriate material-specific settings: lower power and higher speed for thin or coated materials, higher power and slower speed for deeper marks or cuts.
