Bread pan Lurch 85011 is a compact silicone loaf pan with internal dimensions 105 × 145 × 70 mm designed for baking small loaves, cakes or for use as a casserole dish. Made from 100% platinum-cured silicone, the pan is freezeproof down to −40 °C and is suitable for cold storage of dough as well as conventional oven baking. The material is food-safe, neutral in taste and resistant to fruit acids and sourdough.
The Lurch FLEXI-FORM pan offers high flexibility combined with dimensional stability so baked goods keep their shape during baking. Its platinum silicone surface provides a maximised non-stick effect for easy release and cleaning. The pan is dishwasher-safe, easy to clean, space-saving to store and resistant to acids commonly found in fruit-based doughs and sourdough. The reinforced edge helps maintain the shape of the loaf while the durable silicone tolerates freezing and repeated use.
Place the pan on a baking tray before filling if desired for easier handling. Greasing is generally not required due to the non-stick surface, but a light brush of oil or a dusting of flour can be used for extra assurance with very wet batters. Fill the pan with batter or dough up to recommended levels, then bake according to your recipe. After baking allow the loaf to cool slightly before flexing the silicone to release the baked goods. For freezing, place dough or prepared items directly into the pan and transfer to the freezer; thaw before final baking if applicable. Clean the pan in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
