It combines practical functionality with bright design, being available in vibrant blue, green, and red colors to suit your kitchen aesthetics.

Advantages

The high-grade silicone construction provides exceptional flexibility, allowing baked goods to be removed effortlessly without sticking or breaking the delicate shape of the cake. This baking mould is extremely versatile, capable of withstanding extreme temperature ranges from -40 °C to 240 °C, which makes it safe for both freezer storage and high-temperature oven baking. Additionally, the non-stick surface simplifies the cleaning process, as food residue washes away easily by hand or in the dishwasher.

Suitable for

• Baking traditional turban cakes and bundt cakes
• Preparing chilled desserts and gelatin moulds
• Freezing homemade ice cream cakes or semifreddo

When it may not be suitable

This silicone cake mould may not be ideal for recipes that require rigid metal pans for specific crust development or traditional browning. Users who prefer heavy cast iron or traditional ceramic bakeware might find the flexibility of pure silicone requires extra care when transferring full batters.

Key specifications

• Material: Flexible silicone
• Temperature resistance: From -40 °C up to 240 °C
• Available colors: Blue, Green, Red
• Dimensions: 30 mm height

How to use

Before the first use, wash the mould thoroughly with warm soapy water. Place the silicone mould on a baking sheet or wire rack for stability before filling it with batter, as the flexible material can shift when full. Pour your prepared cake batter evenly into the cavity. Bake according to your recipe guidelines within the supported temperature range. Allow the baked treat to cool down completely before gently pulling the flexible sides away from the cake and inverting it to release.

What to consider before purchase

• Check your oven dimensions to ensure proper fit with baking sheets
• Verify the 30 mm depth matches your specific recipe requirements
• Consider that flexible silicone requires a supportive tray when moving it into the oven

Usage recommendations

For best results, lightly grease the interior surface before pouring in the batter, especially for delicate recipes, and always use a flat tray underneath to transport the flexible mould safely.
