Maestro MR1100-22 is a round carbon steel pie baking dish with a central tube, measuring 220 mm in diameter and 100 mm in height. The metal construction provides good heat conduction and structural rigidity, making it suitable for baking bundt cakes, ring-shaped pies and other tube-style desserts in both home and professional kitchens.
The carbon steel material ensures even heat distribution and durability during repeated use. A non-stick coating facilitates cake release and simplifies cleaning, while the dishwasher-safe design adds convenience for maintenance.
This carbon steel baking dish may not be ideal for recipes that require glass or ceramic containers for visual presentation or for very acidic preparations that could affect metal surfaces over long exposure. It is also not intended for use on stovetops or over open flames.
Grease the non-stick surface lightly if desired, pour the batter evenly into the mold around the central tube, and bake according to the recipe. Allow the baked product to cool briefly before inverting the mold to release the cake. Clean by hand or in the dishwasher following the manufacturer's care recommendations for non-stick surfaces.
