How to use

Fill the lower chamber with fresh water up to, but not above, the safety valve level. Insert the coffee basket and add finely ground coffee, leveling it without tamping. Screw the upper collector tightly onto the base and place the Moka pot on a hob set to medium heat. When the coffee begins to rise into the upper chamber and a steady stream forms, remove from heat and allow the extraction to finish using residual heat. Pour the brewed coffee into cups immediately.
