Magic Vac ANP1064 embossed vacuum sealer bag (300×400 mm) is a textured-surface bag engineered for efficient food vacuum packing. Manufactured in Italy from BPA-free materials, the bag is suitable for sous-vide cooking, freezer storage and long-term preservation. Its embossed interior allows reliable air extraction with compatible vacuum sealers, reducing the risk of freezer burn and preserving flavor and moisture during storage or cooking.
The embossed structure improves air removal and ensures a stronger vacuum seal compared with smooth-film bags. BPA-free construction provides food-safe contact. The 300×400 mm size is versatile for portions, cuts of meat, fish, vegetables and prepared meals. Designed for heat-resistant use during sous-vide cooking, the bags tolerate short exposure to boiling temperatures while maintaining seal integrity.
Place food inside the bag leaving sufficient headspace at the open end for sealing. If marinating, distribute liquids and solids evenly to avoid impeding the seal. Position the open end into the vacuum sealer according to the device instructions and initiate the vacuum and sealing cycle recommended for embossed bags. For sous-vide, check that the bag is fully sealed and submerge it in water at the correct temperature for the specified cooking time. After use, allow cooked items to cool slightly before freezing or refrigeration to prevent condensation inside the bag.
For best results, use with vacuum sealers compatible with embossed bags and follow the sealer manufacturer’s guidance for embossed films. Avoid direct contact of sharp bones or utensils with the bag surface to prevent punctures. Allow hot food to rest briefly before sealing when possible, and label bags with content and date before freezer storage.
