MANNOL White Grease is a high-performance, lithium-based lubricant supplied in a convenient 450 ml spray canister. This specialized grease is engineered to provide superior lubrication for metal surfaces, ensuring smooth operation of moving parts while offering robust protection against environmental factors. Its distinct white color serves as a practical feature, allowing users to easily verify coverage and ensure that all necessary areas have been adequately treated during maintenance.
Advantages
The primary benefit of this lubricant is its exceptional water resistance, which prevents it from washing away even in damp or humid conditions. By forming a durable protective film, it effectively shields metal components from corrosion and oxidation, significantly extending their service life. The spray application method ensures precise delivery into hard-to-reach areas, such as internal hinge mechanisms or complex lock assemblies, while reducing waste and mess. Furthermore, its high adhesion properties ensure that the grease remains in place under mechanical stress, providing consistent performance over extended periods.
Suitable for
- Automotive door hinges, latches, and sliding mechanisms
- Household locks, door closers, and window hardware
- Industrial machinery components requiring moisture-resistant lubrication
- Metal-to-metal contact points in various mechanical assemblies
When it may not be suitable
This product is not intended for use in high-temperature environments where specialized synthetic or high-heat greases are required, as it may lose its consistency under extreme thermal stress. Additionally, it should not be applied to electrical contacts or sensitive electronic components where non-conductive or specific dielectric properties are necessary.
Key specifications
- Volume: 450 ml
- Base: Lithium-based
- Color: White
- Application: Spray aerosol
- Properties: Water-resistant, anti-corrosive
How to use
Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from old grease, dirt, or rust to achieve optimal adhesion. Shake the canister vigorously for several seconds to mix the contents thoroughly. Hold the spray can in an upright position and apply a thin, even layer to the target area from a distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimeters. If necessary, use the provided extension tube for pinpoint accuracy in confined spaces. Allow the solvent to evaporate and the grease to set for a few minutes before operating the lubricated mechanism.
What to consider before purchase
- Verify that the material is compatible with lithium-based lubricants
- Ensure the application area is accessible for a spray nozzle
- Check if the operating temperature range of your equipment aligns with standard lithium grease specifications
Usage recommendations
For best results, reapply the grease periodically, especially after the equipment has been exposed to heavy rain or frequent cleaning, to maintain a continuous protective barrier against wear and corrosion.
