MANNOL Silicone High-Temperature Sealant 9913 in gray is a universal silicone compound supplied in an 85 g tube. It is formulated for sealing, bonding and gasketing applications that require heat resistance and elasticity. The product is intended for areas exposed to elevated temperatures such as engine bays, exhaust flanges and other automotive or industrial locations where a flexible, temperature-resistant seal is needed.
The high-temperature formulation remains flexible after curing, resists thermal cycling and provides a durable seal against oils, water and gases. Its gray color allows discreet application on metal and mechanical assemblies. Supplied in a compact 85 g tube, the sealant is convenient for repair work and precise bead application. The universal nature of the product supports use across multiple substrates commonly found in vehicles and machinery.
Surface preparation is important: clean and degrease mating surfaces, remove old sealant and ensure surfaces are dry. Cut the tube nozzle to the required bead size and apply an even continuous bead to one mating surface. Join the parts immediately and, if applicable, tighten fasteners to specified torque. Allow the sealant to cure according to ambient temperature and film thickness before exposing the joint to high temperatures or fluids.
