How to use

Place the removable non‑stick rack inside the roasting tin and position the meat or poultry on the rack to allow air to circulate and fat to drip into the tray. Use the built‑in handles to transfer the tin in and out of the oven; the tray is suitable for standard oven temperatures used for roasting. After cooking, lift the roast from the rack using the handles and pour or strain juices from the tray to make gravy or discard excess fat. Allow the tray to cool before cleaning.
