Saucepan Masterclass Grey Ombre 20 cm / 2.5 L with Lid, Cast Aluminium
MASTERCLASS GREY OMBRE cast aluminium cookware series includes saucepans and a casserole: GB40MCMCRD20GRY saucepan 2.5L; GB40MCMCRD24GRY saucepan 4L; GB40MCMCRD28GRY saucepan 5L; GB40MCMSCRD28GRY casserole 4L. These professional high-pressure cast aluminium pots provide even and rapid heat distribution and are suitable for use in the oven and on all hob types, including induction. The lids have built-in grooves that collect excess condensation during cooking and return it to the food, helping to retain moisture and making the cookware well suited for slow cooking. The cookware is safe for food contact and is made from recyclable materials without PFOA, PTFE or BPA.
The internal surface features a speckled, particle-reinforced non-stick coating that resists scratches. Durable cast aluminium body ensures quick and even heating. A stainless steel disc on the base makes the pots compatible with all hob types, including induction. The cookware contains no petroleum-based additives and is produced from recyclable materials. Designed for oven use up to 200°C / 392°F and supplied with lids that help retain moisture for juicier results.
Before first use, wash the cookware thoroughly. Always allow the pot to cool completely before washing. The pots are dishwasher-safe. When removing from the oven or lifting from the hob, place hot cookware only on heat-resistant surfaces or use heatproof trivets. To avoid damage to halogen or ceramic hobs, do not slide the cookware across the surface; place it carefully. Before cooking, lightly oil the non-stick surface to prevent food sticking. Make sure the burner flame does not extend beyond the base. Never leave an empty pot on a heat source and never heat an empty pot. Handles become hot during cooking; always use oven gloves or kitchen cloths when touching hot cookware. Keep children away from hot cookware.
Avoid using metal utensils, cutting food directly in the pot or cleaning with metal scouring pads to prevent damage to the coating. Over time a protective patina may form on interior walls through periodic light oiling (seasoning), which can enhance non-stick performance. Follow the care and usage instructions to maintain the warranty and product performance.
