How to use

Use the casserole on any hob including induction. Preheat gently and avoid exposing an empty pot to high heat. Brown ingredients on the hob as required, then add liquids and transfer to the oven if the recipe requires slow cooking. Clean after cooling; although the pot is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended for preserving the non-stick coating over time.

Usage recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick coating, use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils and avoid metal tools. Avoid rapid temperature changes (for example moving the hot casserole to cold water) and follow the manufacturer’s instructions included with the product.
