Saucepan Masterclass Grey Ombre 24 cm / 4 L with Lid, Cast Aluminium
MASTERCLASS GREY OMBRE cast aluminium cookware series includes saucepans and casseroles in multiple capacities (2.5 L, 4 L and 5 L) and a 4 L casserole. These professional high-pressure cast aluminium pots deliver even heating and are suitable for use in the oven and on all hob types, including induction. The lids feature integrated grooves that collect excess condensate during cooking and allow it to drip back into the food, helping to retain moisture and making the cookware well suited for slow cooking. The interior has a speckled, reinforced non-stick coating resistant to scratches. The body is durable cast aluminium for quick and even heat distribution, with a stainless steel disc on the base for compatibility with all hob types. The cookware is free from PFOA, PTFE and BPA, contains no petroleum additives, is safe for food contact and is produced from recyclable materials.
The MASTERCLASS GREY OMBRE pots provide even and rapid heat distribution due to the cast aluminium construction combined with a stainless steel base suitable for induction. The lid condensate-trapping grooves preserve juices and improve slow-cooking results. The reinforced speckled non-stick interior reduces food sticking and resists scratches while remaining free from PFOA, PTFE and BPA. Products are made from recyclable materials and are safe for food contact.
Before first use, wash the cookware thoroughly. Allow the pot to cool completely before washing. Place hot cookware only on heat-resistant surfaces or use heatproof trivet pads when removing from the oven or hob. To prevent damage on halogen or ceramic hobs, do not slide the pot but lift and place it gently. Lightly oil the non-stick surface before cooking to reduce the risk of sticking. Ensure the flame does not extend beyond the base of the pot and never heat an empty pot. Handles become hot during cooking, so always use oven gloves or a towel when touching hot cookware and keep children away from hot kitchenware.
To preserve the non-stick performance and surface, avoid using metal utensils, do not cut food inside the pot, and do not use metal scrapers for cleaning. Over time a protective patina will form on the inner walls when thin layers of oil are regularly applied and oxidised; this is normal and enhances non-stick properties.
