How to use

Unfold the splatter guard and clip the silicone panels into the rigid frame so the mesh covers the frying pan. Use the large handles to position the guard over the pan. Lift only the quarter you need to access the food for stirring, checking or adding ingredients, then lower it back into place. After use allow the guard to cool before cleaning; silicone construction permits easy washing by hand or as instructed by the manufacturer.
