How to use

Place 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl, add a small amount of hot water (about 70–80°C) to form a paste, then add remaining water. Hold the bamboo whisk lightly between thumb and fingers and whisk vigorously in a zigzag or 'M' motion until a fine foam forms on the surface. Rinse the whisk under lukewarm water immediately after use and let it air dry standing on a whisk holder or on its handle to maintain tine shape.
