MetzConnect 130B22-E is a silver keystone-style wire connector engineered for terminating Cat6/6e/6a Ethernet cables. The module features copper-plated contacts and a zinc die-cast refined, one-piece housing that is reusable and robust. The connector accepts 270° cable entry and is supplied in packs of 10, designed for structured cabling installations where compact, tool-free mounting and dependable signal performance are required. It is RoHS compliant and sized at 14.7 mm × 36 mm × 29 mm for straightforward integration into patch panels and keystone faceplates.

Advantages

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to the length indicated by the stuffer cap, fan out pairs and align conductors to the color-coded T568A or T568B layout printed on the cap. Insert conductors into the IDC positions and press the stuffer cap down until the contacts engage the wires. Snap the integrated strain relief onto the stuffer cap to secure the cable without special tools. Insert the assembled keystone module into a compatible faceplate or patch panel slot until it locks in place. For stranded conductors, ensure pair alignment and full insertion to maintain contact integrity.
