How to use

Hold the Microplane Zester with the soft-touch handle in one hand and place the tip or base on a stable surface or over a bowl. With light, even strokes, move the ingredient across the etched blade away from your body; do not press hard—allow the micro-teeth to cut the surface cleanly.
