Milesight EM300TH915M is a freestanding indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity sensor for environmental monitoring. The compact device (88 × 87 × 27 mm) measures ambient temperature and relative humidity using a high-sensitivity Sensirion sensor, offers IP67-rated protection, local data storage for historical records, and operates on a 4000 mAh battery designed to last up to 5 years under typical conditions. It supports reliable wireless communication with retransmission capability and can be configured or powered on/off via NFC from a mobile phone or PC.
The sensor delivers high measurement accuracy — approximately ±0.3 °C for temperature and ±3% RH for humidity — suitable for precise environmental monitoring. IP67 waterproofing allows use in exposed indoor or sheltered outdoor locations. Built-in storage retains up to 2800 historical records that cannot be manually deleted, supporting traceability and auditability. Retransmission support improves data delivery reliability when network interruptions occur, and the long-life 4000 mAh battery reduces maintenance frequency. NFC-based configuration simplifies setup and operation without the need to open the enclosure.
Place the Milesight EM300TH915M on a stable surface or in a sheltered outdoor location where the sensor is exposed to representative ambient air. Use NFC on a compatible mobile phone or PC to switch the device on and configure measurement intervals, thresholds and network parameters according to your monitoring needs. Ensure the sensor is positioned away from direct heat sources, vents and reflective surfaces to avoid biased readings. If wall or bracket mounting is required, use appropriate hardware while maintaining the device orientation recommended in the installation guide.
For accurate and long-term performance, store the sensor where airflow is representative of the monitored space, perform periodic checks against a calibrated reference if regulatory accuracy is required, and replace the 4000 mAh battery before end-of-life to avoid gaps in data collection. Use the device’s local storage and retransmission features to preserve records when network connectivity is intermittent.
