Cold/hot laminator Olympia A 230 Plus 23 cm 400 mm/min Black
Cold/hot laminator Olympia A 230 Plus 23 cm 400 mm/min Black
The Olympia A 230 Plus 23 cm cold/hot laminator in black is designed for lamination of documents and visual materials up to A4 size. It supports both hot and cold lamination modes, accepts pouches up to 230 mm wide and runs at a working speed of 400 mm/min. The unit features a compact footprint, a short warm-up time and automated safety functions including jam release and automatic switch-off on overheating, making it suitable for small offices, home use and occasional professional tasks.
This laminator combines hot and cold lamination in one compact device, enabling lamination of photos, ID cards, business cards, certificates and printed graphics. The high-quality heating system provides consistent results in hot mode while the cold mode accommodates heat-sensitive items. The device’s short warm-up time and a lamination speed of 400 mm/min reduce waiting time, and built-in features such as jam release and automatic power-off increase operational reliability and user safety.
Place the laminator on a stable, level surface and connect it to a compatible power source. Select hot or cold mode depending on the material: choose hot mode for standard pouches and printed documents, cold mode for heat-sensitive items such as photographs or thermal prints. Insert the document centered into a suitable pouch and feed the sealed edge first into the laminating path. Allow the unit to complete the cycle at its working speed of 400 mm/min and wait for the laminated item to exit fully before removing it. Use the jam release feature if the pouch becomes stuck and allow the device to cool down before attempting any maintenance.
Use pouches appropriate for the chosen mode and within the maximum width of 230 mm and maximum document thickness of 0.5 mm. For hot lamination, allow the device to reach operating temperature before feeding pouches and avoid laminating items with heat-sensitive inks or materials unless using cold mode. Regularly clear the feed path and follow safety instructions: keep the unit away from moisture, unplug when not in use and allow it to fully cool after extended operation to prevent overheating.
