When it may not be suitable

This guide bar is not suitable for chainsaws of different brands or models that do not match the specified length, pitch, and gauge requirements. It is also not designed for light-duty electric saws or heavy commercial harvesters that require specialized bar mounts and dimensions.

Key specifications

• Length: 15 inches
• Pitch: .325 inch
• Gauge: .050 inch / 1.3 mm
• Brand compatibility: Husqvarna chainsaws

How to use

Ensure the chainsaw is turned off and the chain brake is engaged before attempting any maintenance or installation. Remove the side cover of the chainsaw and take off the old guide bar and chain. Clean any accumulated debris from the mounting area and oil holes. Align the M.K. Morse guide bar with the mounting studs and tensioner pin, then place the matching chain over the sprocket and into the bar groove. Adjust the chain tension properly so it fits snugly against the bottom of the bar while still moving freely by hand. Secure the side cover nuts and verify the tension before starting the saw.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your chainsaw model is compatible with a 15-inch length, .325-inch pitch, and .050-inch / 1.3 mm gauge.
• Ensure your replacement saw chain matches the exact pitch and gauge of this guide bar.
• Check your current chainsaw equipment to confirm that the mounting pattern aligns with Husqvarna specifications.

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear, when operating or maintaining a chainsaw. Regularly inspect the guide bar for wear and lubricate the nose sprocket as recommended by the manufacturer.
