Spacer Crosses MODECO MN-76-001 2 mm, pack 200 pieces
MODECO spacer crosses MN-76-001 are 2 mm tile spacers supplied in a pack of 200 pieces. These cross-shaped spacers are intended to create uniform 2 mm joints between ceramic and porcelain tiles, helping to maintain straight alignment and consistent grout lines during installation on walls and floors in both residential and commercial settings.
Cross-shaped design ensures stable positioning at tile intersections and reduces movement during setting. Made from durable, dimensionally stable material, the spacers resist deformation under light pressure and retain consistent joint width. The compact 2 mm gap is suitable for fine grout finishes and narrow joint aesthetics, while the pack size of 200 pieces provides an adequate quantity for small to medium tiling jobs.
Place a spacer at each corner where four tiles meet so that the spacer sits between adjoining tile edges, creating a consistent 2 mm gap. Continue installing tiles across the surface, inserting spacers at regular intervals and at tile intersections to maintain alignment. After adhesive has set sufficiently according to the tile adhesive manufacturer’s instructions, remove the spacers before grouting. Ensure tiles are level and adjust as needed before the adhesive cures.
For best results, choose tile adhesive and grout compatible with a 2 mm joint width. Use a spirit level and a straightedge during installation to verify even alignment. Remove spacers only after adhesive reaches the recommended curing time and before applying grout to ensure clean joints.
