How to use

Start with Osian One and insert it in the same way as a tampon, using a small amount of water-based lubricant if needed. Wear the ball for up to 15 minutes while moving around to allow internal rotation to trigger involuntary pelvic contractions. When you can comfortably keep Osian One in place, progress to Osian Two and repeat the process. After mastering Osian Two, move on to Osian Three following the same procedure.
