In modes 1 and 2 it disables only force feedback for an instant, reversible response, while mode 3 cuts power to the base for a complete stop. How to use

Select the appropriate connection mode for your setup. For direct PC use, connect the switch via USB (mode 1); pressing the button disables force feedback and releasing it restores feedback immediately. To connect to the wheel base DASH, use a 6-pin RJ11 cable (mode 2) with the same force feedback behaviour. To fully cut power to the base, connect via a 4-pin RJ9 cable to the base E-STOP port (mode 3); after releasing the button, restart the base using its power button and, if necessary, restart the game to restore force feedback.

Recommendations

Use modes 1 or 2 during practice or casual sessions for a reversible force feedback cut. Use mode 3 only when a complete power cut is required; remember that the base must be powered on again manually and some games may need restarting to re-enable force feedback.
