The MSI MAG 274QF X24 is a 27" Wide Quad HD (2560 x 1440) LCD gaming monitor with a Rapid IPS panel, 240 Hz refresh rate and a 0.5 ms (GtG) response time. It supports VESA mounting, wide 178° viewing angles and is designed for competitive and immersive gaming while maintaining stable construction and effective heat dissipation typical for the MSI MAG series.
The monitor delivers smooth motion and reduced blur thanks to a 240 Hz refresh rate and 0.5 ms response time. AI Vision improves visibility in dark areas and adjusts overall brightness and color saturation. The Rapid IPS panel provides accurate colors and wide viewing angles, while AMD FreeSync reduces tearing. The unit is energy-rated (SDR: F) and includes features to reduce blue light emission for more comfortable long sessions.
Mount the monitor on a compatible VESA arm or place it on a stable desk stand. Connect the computer using a DisplayPort or high-speed HDMI cable that supports 240 Hz at 2560×1440, then enable the 240 Hz refresh rate and adaptive sync in your graphics driver settings. Use the on-screen display (OSD) to adjust brightness, color mode and activate AI Vision or reduced blue light modes to suit your environment.
For best results in fast-paced games, ensure your GPU can consistently output high frame rates at 2560×1440 and enable FreeSync. Reduce eye strain by using the less blue light mode during extended sessions and adjust brightness to match ambient lighting.
