The MSI MAG FORGE 100R is a mid-tower PC case in black with a 4mm tempered glass side panel designed to showcase internal components and RGB lighting. It comes with two 120mm ARGB PWM front fans and an additional 120mm fan for exhaust, supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and ATX motherboards, and provides bottom-mounted power supply placement plus bays for 2x 3.5" and 3x 2.5" drives. The front-aligned dual 120mm intake fans promote even airflow across the front panel and help maintain positive air pressure together with rear and top exhaust paths.

Advantages

The case layout simplifies component installation with multiple easy installation mechanisms and full support for up to ATX motherboards. A tool-less 4mm tempered glass side panel in light gray allows quick installation and removal while offering a clear view of internal components and RGB effects. Integrated addressable RGB lighting on the front, top and rear is controllable via an LED switch button or through MSI Mystic Light when synced with a compatible motherboard. The built-in 1-to-6 ARGB hub lets users switch between nine lighting effects directly from the case.

How to use

Install the motherboard (Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX or ATX) onto the standoffs and route cables toward the rear and bottom PSU area. Place storage drives into the designated 3.5" or 2.5" bays and secure them according to the case's mounting system. For the tempered glass panel, align it with the case stump and set it into place using the tool-less mechanism. Connect the included fans and the 1-to-6 ARGB hub to the motherboard headers or to the case's LED control, then attach the front I/O cables to the motherboard.

Usage recommendations

For optimal airflow and cooling, maintain positive front intake by keeping the two front 120mm fans as intake and using the rear/top fans for exhaust. To synchronize and expand lighting effects, hold the LED switch button for three seconds to enable motherboard sync, then use MSI Mystic Light-compatible software for full ARGB control.
