Protective safety eyewear NEO tools 97-511, single pair, 62 g, clear lenses
NEO tools 97-511 protective safety eyewear is a single-pair safety goggle designed to protect eyes during workshop, construction and DIY tasks. The lightweight design (62 g) and clear polycarbonate lenses provide a wide field of view while shielding the eyes from dust, debris, heated metal filings and fast-moving particles. The goggles are supplied as one piece per pack and are CE-certified to EN 166, with optical class 1 lenses for extended continuous use and strength class B impact resistance.
The goggles combine a close-fit form with an adjustable rubber strap to deliver secure, comfortable wear and effective protection against small particles and splashes. Perforations on the sides provide ventilation to reduce fogging without compromising protection. Polycarbonate lenses offer high impact resistance at medium energy levels and maintain optical clarity for prolonged use.
Place the goggles over the eyes and position the frame for a close fit against the face, ensuring the rim seals comfortably to block dust and small particles. Adjust the rubber strap at the back of the head to secure the goggles in place without causing pressure points. Use the goggles whenever there is risk of flying debris, sparks or liquid splashes. Clean the lenses with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the polycarbonate surface. Inspect straps and frame before each use for damage and replace if compromised.
Use the NEO tools 97-511 goggles together with other required PPE (gloves, respirator, helmet) as specified for the task. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to preserve lens properties. Replace goggles if lenses become scratched or if the fit is no longer secure.
