Protective safety headgear NEO tools 97-210, weight 438 g, 1 pc
NEO tools 97-210 is a protective safety headgear designed for work at height, construction, industrial engineering and forestry. The hard hat features a yellow ABS shell with ten vents, a pivot suspension system and adjustable straps to fit head circumferences from 51 to 63 cm. The model is rated protection class II, resists lateral deformation and impact, performs in a wide temperature range (down to -30°C), and has a low product weight of 438 g. Supplied as one piece per pack, this hard hat accepts common accessories and includes a removable velour sweatband for improved hygiene.
The NEO tools 97-210 combines a high-strength ABS shell with a pivot suspension system to distribute impact forces and reduce transmitted shock. Ten ventilation openings help maintain airflow and hygiene during extended use. The suspension offers wide adjustability via an integrated fitting knob and includes chin, crown and nape straps that are tethered to the shell for stable positioning. The construction provides effective protection in cold conditions (down to -30°C) and during hot weather while keeping overall weight low for comfortable wear.
Place the hard hat on the head and use the integrated fitting knob to adjust the crown strap until the helmet sits securely and evenly. Fasten the chin strap if work conditions require additional retention; ensure crown and nape straps are positioned to stabilise the helmet and prevent excessive movement. Adjust the nape strap for comfortable contact at the back of the head and replace or remove the velour sweatband for cleaning as needed. Inspect the shell and suspension before each use for cracks, deformation or wear and replace the helmet if damage is found.
Use the hard hat together with other required personal protective equipment for the specific task. Do not modify the shell or suspension, avoid exposure to strong chemicals or excessive heat, and store the helmet away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve material properties and the stated service life.
