The Next Green Polebox 190 S is a steel pole mount designed to hold EV charging boxes on a 60 mm steel tube or pole. It provides a protected enclosure for routing power cables inside the pole and includes internal mounting for electrical components. The unit is manufactured from Swedish steel with a powder-coated grey/graphite finish and is compatible with many charger models through on-site drilled mounting holes. How to use

Prepare the Polebox indoors by mounting the EV charger and completing the wiring from the distribution terminal. Drill mounting holes for the specific charger model during installation. Feed the power cables inside the pole to the Polebox and connect supply wires to the built-in distribution terminal. Install RCCB/RCBO on the DIN rail as required and, if needed, add the second DIN rail for communication or power accessories. Place the assembled Polebox around the existing 60 mm steel pole, lift and fasten the charger hood, then secure external covers.

Usage recommendations

For safe and compliant installation, have the electrical connections performed or verified by a qualified electrician. Use the specified cable sizes (up to 2 × 5G25 mm2 for feed and 5G2.5 mm2 for the charger connection) and ensure the charger’s hole pattern does not exceed 190 × 430 mm.
