How to use

Unroll the mat and open the valve to allow the internal foam to expand and draw in air; leave the valve open until the mat reaches the desired firmness. To increase firmness, add a few manual breaths through the valve and then close it securely. Place the mat on a flat, clean surface inside the vehicle, tent or on ground protected from sharp objects. After use, open the valve to release air, roll the mat tightly from the opposite end toward the valve to expel remaining air, close the valve and secure the rolled mat with straps or a storage bag.
