Description

The Nintendo Joy-Con are versatile wireless game controllers designed for use with the Nintendo Switch. Each Joy-Con can function independently as a standalone controller or be combined—two Joy-Con can be used together as a single controller when attached to the Joy-Con Grip. They can also attach to the console for handheld play or be shared with another player for supported two-player games. Each controller contains a full set of buttons, an accelerometer and a gyroscope for precise motion control, an HD Rumble actuator for realistic haptic feedback, and an IR Motion Camera on the right Joy-Con for detecting object shape, movement and distance. The right Joy-Con also includes an NFC touchpoint for amiibo compatibility. Up to eight controllers may be connected to one console via Bluetooth.
