Swimming board NMC Comfy Pro KB-XP20 — foam kickboard, blue
NMC Comfy Pro KB-XP20 is a foam swimming kickboard in blue designed to assist swimmers and instructors during training, lessons and aquatic rehabilitation. The kickboard provides stable buoyancy for isolating leg movement, supporting technique drills, endurance sets and general water fitness. Its compact shape and lightweight foam construction make it easy to handle at the poolside and in the water.
The foam construction offers predictable buoyancy and a soft surface that reduces chafing during prolonged use. The compact, ergonomically contoured shape gives a comfortable grip and encourages correct hand placement while maintaining stability during kicks. Being lightweight and quick to dry, the kickboard is convenient to transport and store. The neutral blue colour is suitable for group lessons and mixed training environments without being visually distracting.
Hold the NMC Comfy Pro kickboard with both hands at the front edge or place it extended in front of the body depending on the drill. Keep the arms relaxed and stable while focusing on rhythmic, consistent kicks from the hips. Use the kickboard to isolate lower-body movements during technique sessions, to build kicking endurance during sets, or to support patients during assisted aquatic exercises. Rinse with fresh water after use and allow to air dry before storing.
Choose hand placement and body position according to the exercise: short, firm grips for sprint kicking and extended holds for longer endurance or rehabilitation sets. Inspect the foam regularly for signs of wear, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and pool chemicals to extend service life.
