Power strip 19" 1U with 6x Schuko sockets and switch, No name L19/6VP is a rack-mountable AC distribution unit designed for 19-inch equipment racks and server cabinets. It occupies a single 1U height and provides six Schuko (Type F) outlets arranged along the front panel, together with a mains on/off switch for centralized control of connected devices. The unit is intended to deliver convenient power distribution for IT, networking and audio/video equipment where Schuko outlets are required.
This 1U power strip offers space-efficient mounting in standard 19" racks and a compact footprint suitable for dense installations. The integrated on/off switch allows easy power cycling of multiple devices from the front of the rack, reducing the need to access rear connectors. With six Schuko sockets it supports multiple devices without the need for additional adapters or external splitters, simplifying cable management and reducing clutter in server rooms and AV racks.
Install the power strip into a standard 19" rack using appropriate mounting screws and rails for 1U devices. Connect the strip to a properly rated AC supply using a compatible mains cable and ensure the supply circuit provides adequate current capacity for the total load of connected devices. Plug equipment into the front Schuko outlets, and use the front on/off switch to supply or cut power to all outlets simultaneously. Observe normal safety procedures: avoid overloading the strip, do not use in wet environments, and ensure proper grounding of the rack and devices.
To maintain reliable operation, distribute high-current devices across separate circuits where possible and verify the combined power draw of connected equipment does not exceed the supply circuit rating. Periodically inspect power connections and mounting hardware for secure fastening and signs of wear before reuse.
