The RÖSLE 13725 All-purpose frying pan (round, 24 cm) combines a stainless steel body with a durable ProPlex non-stick surface to deliver versatile cooking performance. Designed for everyday use, the pan features an encapsulated bottom with an aluminum core for even, rapid heat distribution and a flat base that ensures stable contact with all common cooktops. Its exterior is silver with a black cooking surface, and the construction is suitable for use on electric, ceramic, gas and induction stoves as well as in the oven within specified temperature limits.
The pan is made from 18/10 stainless steel and treated with a ProPlex non-stick coating that provides reliable frying properties while remaining PFOA-free. An encapsulated bottom with an aluminum core reduces heat-up time and improves temperature consistency across the cooking surface. The pan includes a practical pouring rim for controlled, drip-free transfer of liquids. It is taste- and odor-neutral, hygienic, and dishwasher safe for simplified cleaning. The design supports oven use up to the handle and body temperature limits stated by the manufacturer.
Place the pan on a compatible heat source and heat it evenly before adding oil or ingredients. Use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces to protect the ProPlex coating. When frying or sautéing, adjust the heat to avoid exceeding the recommended maximum surface temperature. For oven finishing, ensure handle temperature limits are observed and do not exceed the specified handle rating. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning; although dishwasher safe, gentle hand washing will preserve the non-stick surface longer.
To maintain non-stick performance and longevity, avoid aggressive abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads. Use silicone, wooden or nylon utensils, and preheat the pan on medium heat for best results. Store the pan carefully to prevent scratching of the cooking surface.
