How to use

Clean both contact surfaces (CPU/GPU heatspreader and cooler base) of old thermal compound, dust and oils using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized or line deposit of NT-H2 in the center of the processor surface, then mount the cooler and let its pressure spread the paste evenly. For larger integrated heatspreader surfaces, a thin, even application or a few small drops distributed across the surface can be used. Avoid applying excessive amounts; a thin continuous layer ensures optimal thermal conductivity.

Usage recommendations

Store the tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Allow components to reach room temperature before applying the paste. For critical performance builds, allow a short break-in period under normal load for the thermal paste to settle and reach optimal thermal contact. Reapply if thermal performance degrades significantly or whenever CPU/GPU is removed from its cooler.
