The Novoflex Q=MOUNT quick release is a manual, ultra-light component from the Novoflex Profi quick coupling series. With a round compact design and a grey finish, the Q=MOUNT combines form and function for secure camera mounting. It fits tripod heads and mounting units with standard 1/4" and 3/8" threads and is a purely manual quick coupling as opposed to Novoflex automatic bases.

Advantages

The Q=MOUNT offers a compact and stable shape with very low weight. Fixing is performed rapidly using a double-threaded screw so that only a small fraction of a turn is needed instead of long screwing. A safety pin used together with Novoflex Q=PLATE interchangeable plates helps prevent plate slippage in both directions when the quick coupling is not fully tightened.
