Battery NPP NPG12-200Ah is a 12V, 200Ah deep-cycle GEL lead-acid battery designed for rechargeable standby and cyclic applications. The sealed GEL electrolyte provides low self-discharge, vibration resistance and reduced gassing, delivering a stable 12V supply for UPS, telecom, renewable energy storage and other backup power systems.

How to use

Install the battery in a well-ventilated, dry location on a stable surface and secure it to prevent movement. Connect positive and negative terminals correctly using appropriate M8/T16 connectors and torque values recommended by your system documentation. Use a compatible charger or charge controller configured for GEL lead-acid batteries and follow charging voltage and current limits specified by the equipment manufacturer. Avoid deep discharges whenever possible to prolong cycle life and follow system-specific wiring and safety instructions.

Usage recommendations

For long service life, maintain ambient temperature close to the recommended 25°C, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, perform periodic charging if the battery is stored (to prevent excessive self-discharge), and use a charger or charge controller with GEL battery profiles to prevent overcharging.
