Directional Antenna Spacetronik EOS PRO Combo UHF VHF LTE 5G (model 45142)
Directional Antenna Spacetronik EOS PRO Combo UHF VHF LTE 5G (model 45142)
Directional Antenna Spacetronik EOS PRO Combo UHF VHF LTE 5G is a compact outdoor antenna engineered to receive and transmit signals across UHF and VHF frequency ranges while providing LTE/5G filtering to reduce mobile network interference. The antenna is intended for locations where broadcast sources are directional and where targeted reception can improve TV and radio signal quality. The white housing and directional design make it suitable for mounting on walls, poles or small masts for home and light commercial installations.
The antenna combines UHF and VHF reception in a single unit with built-in LTE/5G filtering that limits interference from nearby mobile networks. Its directional pattern concentrates reception toward the signal source, improving signal-to-noise ratio and stability for digital television (DVB-T2) and FM/airband radio. The compact form and standard mounting options simplify installation and adjustment, while the weather-resistant enclosure supports continuous outdoor use.
This directional antenna is not intended for omnidirectional coverage; it performs best when pointed toward broadcast transmitters. In areas with multiple strong sources located in different directions or for users requiring uniform 360° reception, an omnidirectional antenna may be more appropriate. It is also not a replacement for professional high-gain or large-array installations required for very weak-signal long-distance reception.
Mount the antenna on a stable pole, mast or wall bracket with a clear line of sight toward the broadcast transmitter. Aim the antenna in the general direction of the transmitter and secure the mounting hardware. Connect the antenna feed cable to the receiver, set-top box, or distribution amplifier, and perform channel/scan tuning on the receiver. For best results, fine-tune the aiming while monitoring signal strength and quality; use elevated mounting to reduce obstructions. If LTE/5G interference persists, verify that the antenna grounding and cable shielding are intact and consider adding inline filtering or a masthead amplifier with appropriate filters.
For stable DVB-T2 reception, install the antenna at the highest practical outdoor position and perform incremental adjustments while checking the receiver’s signal quality indicators. Use good-quality coaxial cable and weatherproof connectors to maintain long-term performance and minimize ingress loss.
