Inateck BCST-43 Handheld 1D CMOS Barcode Scanner, Wired & Wireless
The Inateck BCST-43 is a versatile handheld 1D barcode scanner equipped with a high-performance CMOS sensor. Designed for reliability and ease of use, this device supports both wired and wireless connectivity, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into various professional workflows. Its robust housing, constructed from a blend of ABS, PC, and TPU, ensures durability in demanding environments, while the compact and lightweight design facilitates comfortable extended use.
This scanner offers exceptional flexibility through its triple-connection capability, supporting USB wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth connections. It is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS, making it suitable for diverse hardware setups. The device features intuitive shortcut buttons for quick configuration of common tasks such as pairing and inventory mode management. Furthermore, it is capable of reading various 1D barcodes from both paper and digital screens, including inverted and color codes.
This scanner is not designed for reading 2D barcodes such as QR codes or Data Matrix. It is optimized specifically for 1D linear symbologies and may not be the ideal choice for applications requiring complex 2D data capture.
To use the scanner, connect it to your host device via the preferred method. For wired operation, simply plug the included USB cable into your computer. For wireless use, the 2.4GHz adapter provides a pre-paired plug-and-play experience, while Bluetooth mode requires manual pairing with your tablet, phone, or computer. Once connected, point the scanner at the barcode and press the trigger to capture data. The device provides feedback to confirm successful scans.
For optimal performance, ensure the scanner is fully charged before initial use. If you encounter difficulty reading specific, less frequently used barcode formats, please refer to the manual to enable those symbologies in the device settings.
