ESBE 56001100 Draft Regulator
The ESBE 56001100 draft regulator is a precision-engineered mechanical device designed to optimize the performance of solid fuel boilers. By automatically adjusting the combustion air supply based on the boiler water temperature, this regulator ensures consistent heat output and efficient fuel utilization. Its robust construction and reliable mechanical operation make it a critical component for maintaining stable heating system performance in both residential and commercial environments.
This draft regulator provides significant benefits by automating the air intake process, which leads to more stable combustion and reduced fuel waste. Its mechanical design requires no external power source, ensuring continuous operation even during power outages. By maintaining precise temperature control, it helps extend the lifespan of the boiler and improves overall system safety by preventing overheating through accurate air regulation.
This device is specifically designed for solid fuel boilers and is not compatible with gas, oil, or electric heating systems. It requires a boiler equipped with a compatible threaded connection for the regulator arm.
The regulator is installed directly into the boiler's water jacket. Once installed, the lever arm is connected to the air intake damper via a chain. The user sets the desired temperature on the adjustment knob, and the internal thermostat expands or contracts to move the lever, thereby opening or closing the air damper to maintain the target temperature.
Regularly inspect the chain connection to ensure the damper moves freely and is not obstructed by debris or soot buildup to maintain optimal combustion efficiency.
