Raspberry Pi 5 case with fan and heatsinks, ABS black - OEM
OEM protective case designed for Raspberry Pi 5, made from black ABS plastic and supplied with an integrated fan and multiple heatsinks. The enclosure provides physical protection for the single-board computer while allowing access to ports and connectors. Passive heatsinks combined with the included fan offer both passive and active thermal management to help maintain stable operation during sustained workloads.
The case combines durable ABS construction with a compact form factor that fits standard Raspberry Pi 5 board dimensions. Integrated cooling—several adhesive heatsinks and a mounted fan—reduces component temperatures more effectively than an open board. Cutouts and internal mounting points preserve access to GPIO, USB, HDMI and power connectors while securing the board inside the enclosure.
Open the enclosure and place the Raspberry Pi 5 onto the internal mounting points, aligning the board with port cutouts. Attach the supplied heatsinks to the corresponding chips using the included adhesive pads, taking care to align them for optimal contact. Secure the board inside the case, then position and connect the fan according to the supplied wiring instructions so it draws power from the board. Reassemble the top cover and verify that all ports are accessible and the fan operates when powered.
For reliable cooling performance, ensure the heatsink surfaces and chip packages are clean before attachment and allow airflow around the case vents. Use the integrated fan for workloads that generate sustained CPU load; passive cooling alone may be sufficient for light tasks. Avoid exposing the ABS enclosure to prolonged direct sunlight or sources of high heat, and ensure the fan power connection matches the Raspberry Pi 5’s voltage and pinout.
