Rotary Vise 100mm 7kg
The 100mm rotary vise, weighing 7kg, is a high-quality clamping tool engineered for stability and precision in various workshop environments. Its robust build provides a secure grip on workpieces, making it an essential component for metalworking, assembly, and machining tasks. The integrated rotating base allows users to adjust the angle of the workpiece without needing to unclamp it, significantly improving workflow efficiency and accuracy.
This rotary vise offers exceptional durability due to its heavy-duty construction, which minimizes vibrations and ensures consistent performance under pressure. The 100mm jaw width provides a versatile clamping capacity for a wide range of materials. The smooth rotation mechanism allows for precise positioning, enabling users to work from multiple angles with ease. Its weight of 7kg provides a solid foundation, preventing unwanted movement during intensive drilling or filing operations.
This vise may not be suitable for heavy industrial milling that requires hydraulic clamping force or for tasks involving extremely large workpieces that exceed the 100mm jaw opening capacity. It is also not intended for precision work requiring sub-millimeter tolerances typically found in specialized CNC machining centers.
To use the rotary vise, securely bolt the base to a stable workbench or machine table using the provided mounting holes. Once fixed, open the jaws by turning the handle counter-clockwise, place your workpiece between the jaws, and tighten the handle clockwise until the object is firmly secured. To adjust the angle, loosen the locking mechanism on the rotating base, swivel the vise to the desired position, and re-tighten the locking bolts to secure it in place.
Regularly clean the lead screw and apply a light machine oil to the moving parts to maintain smooth operation and prevent corrosion over time.
