Antenna holder 50 cm diameter, for 42 mm mast, two adjustable angles, R100 mm
Antenna holder 50 cm diameter, for 42 mm mast, two adjustable angles, R100 mm is a mounting bracket designed to secure a 50 cm antenna or dish to a tubular mast or vertical pipe. The bracket accepts a 42 mm tube and can be clamped to masts up to 90 mm in diameter. It has an R100 mm offset radius to position the reflector at the correct distance from the mast and offers two selectable angle positions for coarse alignment. The unit is zinc-plated for outdoor corrosion resistance and is supplied with metal fastening hardware for installation.
The holder provides a rigid connection between the antenna and mast with a compact length of 500 mm and a working height of 158 mm, allowing predictable mounting geometry. Galvanic zinc surface treatment increases resistance to weathering and reduces maintenance. Two angle-spacing positions simplify initial aiming without requiring additional brackets, and the included bolts, nuts and washers make the bracket ready for assembly on site. The design supports secure fixation of larger antennas while keeping overall weight moderate.
Fit the bracket around the mast so the 42 mm tube receiver aligns with the antenna feed position and secure it with the supplied hook bolts, nuts and washers. Place the antenna or dish onto the holder and select one of the two available angle positions to achieve coarse alignment. Tighten all fasteners evenly to ensure a rigid and stable connection, then perform fine alignment of the dish using azimuth and elevation adjustments on the antenna itself. Verify that the mast and bracket remain level and that the installation hardware is torqued to appropriate values for outdoor use.
For long-term outdoor installations choose stainless or coated fasteners where possible and re-check tightness after initial wind exposure. Ensure the mast is mounted on a secure base and that the combined wind load of the antenna and bracket is within the mast’s rated capacity. Use appropriate safety measures when working at height and apply anti-seize or corrosion inhibitor to threads in marine or highly corrosive environments.
