The Olympia A396 Plus is a compact cold/hot laminator designed for home and small office use. It accepts pouches up to A3 size with a maximum laminating width of 330 mm and supports pouch thicknesses of 80, 125 and 175 micron. The unit features a fast warm-up time of 3–5 minutes, a high-quality heating system, jam release and automatic shut-off in case of overheating. Its compact modern design includes a large rear tray for convenient handling of pouches and simple LED indicators for temperature and pouch thickness.

How to use

Select cold or hot lamination mode depending on the pouch type and the material to be laminated. If using hot mode, allow the machine to warm up for approximately 3–5 minutes until the LED indicates the correct temperature. Insert the pouch containing the document into the laminating path aligned with the tray and feed it slowly to avoid creasing. Use the jam release function if a blockage occurs and allow the unit to cool before removing jammed material. The automatic switch-off protects the device from overheating.

Usage recommendations

Use the specified pouch thicknesses (80, 125, 175 µm) and do not exceed A3 size. For heat-sensitive materials, choose the cold mode. Allow the device to reach operating temperature before hot lamination and keep the rear tray clear for smooth feeding.
