The Omnitronic MPZ-350.6 ELA mixer amplifier is a 19" rack-mount unit designed for public address and ELA (electro-acoustic) sound reinforcement. It provides outputs for 70 V and 100 V transformer-equipped loudspeakers as well as conventional 4–16 Ω speakers, and includes a line output for connecting an external device such as a mixing console. The unit accepts up to six mixable inputs (three microphone and three line-level inputs) and offers six individually switchable zone outputs for flexible loudspeaker control in mobile or fixed installations.

How to use

Install the MPZ-350.6 into a standard 19" rack and connect the loudspeakers to the appropriate outputs (70 V, 100 V or 4–16 Ω) using the clamp terminals. Connect microphones and line-level sources to the corresponding inputs and set input levels on the front panel. Use the zone switches to enable or disable each of the six outputs as required. For priority paging, connect a microphone to the front input and engage the priority switch to automatically reduce other channel levels when making announcements; use the gong function to signal the start of a page.
