Replacement UPS Battery Cartridge APCRBC123 by Origin Storage — 24V Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA), 1 pc
Origin Storage replacement UPS battery cartridge APCRBC123 is a single 24 V Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA) battery module designed as a direct swap-in for compatible APC Back-UPS Pro and Smart-UPS RM series units. The cartridge restores backup power capability for protected equipment and comes assembled with new components, offering RoHS compliance and UR certification. The unit is supplied as one cartridge in red and green housing and is intended for straightforward replacement of depleted UPS modules.
The APCRBC123 cartridge uses Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA) technology that requires no user maintenance and provides predictable performance in UPS systems. It ships pre-assembled for plug-and-play installation and is built from new cells and components to match OEM compatibility. Certified to meet RoHS requirements and carrying UR certification, this cartridge is designed to meet common regulatory and safety expectations for replacement UPS batteries.
This cartridge is a single 24 V sealed lead acid module and may not be suitable where a different battery voltage, chemistry (for example lithium-based) or multi-module custom battery configuration is required. It is intended for compatible APC models; installing it in incompatible UPS models or systems not designed for this cartridge may result in improper fit or operation.
Power down or place the UPS in service mode according to the UPS manufacturer instructions before replacing the cartridge. Remove the depleted cartridge following the APC Back-UPS Pro or Smart-UPS RM service procedure, slide the APCRBC123 replacement into the battery bay until it seats securely, and reconnect any internal connectors as required. After installation, restore normal UPS operation and verify battery status using the UPS indicators or management interface. Dispose of the removed battery module according to local regulations for lead-acid batteries.
Follow the UPS manufacturer's replacement schedule and test the UPS after installation. Store replacement cartridges in a cool, dry place and install them prior to end-of-life to maintain expected backup runtime for servers, network equipment and workstations.
