Halogen headlight bulb Osram Cool Blue Intense NEXT GEN H1 (pair) - model 64150CBN-2HB
Osram Cool Blue Intense NEXT GEN H1 halogen headlight bulbs (pair) deliver a brighter, whiter beam designed to improve nighttime visibility and give a modern appearance to vehicles that accept H1 fittings. Supplied as a matching pair for left and right installations, these bulbs are suitable for vehicles specifying H1 bulbs for low or high beam applications and aim to enhance road illumination and object contrast without altering the vehicle's electrical system.
The bulbs produce a whiter light colour compared with standard halogen lamps, improving perception of road markings and obstacles. Designed by a recognised lighting manufacturer, they are intended to offer consistent light output and fit standard H1 sockets for straightforward replacement. Packaging as a pair helps ensure balanced illumination on both sides of the vehicle.
These halogen H1 bulbs are not suitable for vehicles that require other bulb types or for headlamp units designed exclusively for HID or LED modules. They do not convert headlamp systems to factory xenon/LED performance levels and will not work in systems that require CAN-bus specific bulbs without additional adapters.
Switch off the vehicle ignition and allow the headlamp assembly to cool before replacing bulbs. Access the headlamp housing according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions, remove the old H1 bulb by disconnecting the electrical connector and releasing any retaining clip, and install the new bulb by handling it only by the base—avoid touching the glass envelope with bare fingers. Secure the bulb, reconnect the wiring, and test the lamp operation. If alignment or beam pattern appears incorrect, have headlamp aiming checked and adjusted by a qualified technician.
For consistent performance and safety, replace both headlight bulbs as a pair and inspect headlamp lenses and aim after installation; use gloves or a clean cloth when handling the bulbs to prevent oil contamination of the glass.
