How to use

Unroll the mat on a flat, debris-free surface and open the self-inflating valve to allow the mat to fill with air. Wait until the mat has self-inflated to the desired firmness, then close the valve. For a firmer sleeping surface, add a few short breaths through the valve and re-close it. To pack away, open the valve and roll the mat from the end opposite the valve to expel air, then close the valve and secure the rolled mat in its storage bag or straps.
